Casa Hogar Alegría Guadalajara
Guadalajara, México
Overview: Maestro Cares Foundation partnered again with Casa Hogar Alegría for the new campus in Guadalajara, Mexico. Maestro Cares Foundation funded the construction of the new location aimed at girls aged 0 to 16 years. Currently there are 43 girls living at the facility. This initiative aligns with the nurturing environment of Casa Hogar Alegría's existing homes. The new home, named Casa Hogar Alegría Guadalajara (CHA), is equipped with amenities like dormitories, a well-equipped kitchen, a chapel, dedicated dining spaces, a versatile multipurpose room, computer rooms, and recreational areas. CHA's main purpose is to provide a secure haven for girls who need love and family care. Apart from fulfilling basic needs, the facility offers comprehensive workshops and engaging recreational opportunities. By providing these essential resources, the goal is to empower these girls to positively influence their communities and become agents of change.
Fundación Casa Hogar Alegría offers a comprehensive upbringing to orphaned girls who lack parental care, have socio-economic disadvantages or any impediments that interfere with their ability to become happy and well-rounded individuals in a safe environment. Casa Hogar Alegría provides the necessary attention to help advance personal development and thus the girls can become independent, responsible, self-confident and are overall able to increase their quality of life.
