Our Maestro Cares Foundation 10th Annual Changing Lives, Building Dreams Gala, an impressive crowd of over 600 guests joined together in their shared desire to support and contribute to Maestro Cares Foundation’s vision to create a world where all children can live, learn and play.
The night started with an amazing performance by Moulin Rouge, The Musical, adding an unforgettable touch to this extraordinary evening. Hosts Marysol Castro and Loreto Peralta kept us laughing, entertained and engaged all night long. We honored the outstanding contributions of Mexican actor and producer Eugenio Derbez, actress, musician and producer Queen Latifah, and businessman and philanthropist Sam Nazarian. The event was filled with inspiration as scholarship recipients Carolyn Mariel Henzi and Tyson Etienne delivered powerful speeches on the impact that Maestro Cares Foundation has had on their education and the overall trajectory of their lives. The evening ended with an unforgettable performance by our generous co-founder Marc Anthony.
The night emphasized the important role of education in building dreams and changing lives was echoed in the moving speeches of our hosts, honorees, and scholarship recipients and highlights on of Maestro Cares Foundation’s key areas of focus.
