The Maestro Cares Foundation is funding the expansion of a community healthcare center, Posta Sanitaria Las Lilas, to enhance healthcare quality and access for disadvantaged families. The center provides primary care along with 19 medical specialties. The expansion will add five consultation rooms, four bathrooms, circulation areas, and a multi-purpose hall equipped with facilities for psychological services which will offer health screenings for visual problems, malnutrition, growth issues, and mental health, while also addressing family and social concerns. Extensive community outreach includes home visits, educational programs, sports activities, and free medications. The facility benefits over 3,000 families and reaches more than 8,000 individuals each year.
