Fundación Niños de Cristo

La Romana, Dominican Republic

The first project Maestro Cares Foundation committed to supporting was the construction of Orfanato Niños de Cristo, marking the beginning of our work to create safe and supportive environments for children in need.

The project included the construction of a campus designed to provide a safe and nurturing home for up to 50 boys, from infancy through age 18. The facility features dormitories, classrooms, a health clinic, a dining hall, and recreational spaces, providing children with access to safe housing, nutritious meals, healthcare, education, and opportunities for healthy development.

As our first project, Orfanato Niños de Cristo helped lay the foundation for Maestro Cares Foundation’s mission and our continued commitment to ChangingLivesBuildingDreams by creating spaces and opportunities that help children grow, thrive, and build brighter futures.

Changing Lives, Building Dreams.

The Maestro Cares Foundation improves the quality of life of disadvantaged children and communities in Latin America and the United States. We do so by providing housing, educational programming, and the essential resources to support their growth and development. Through our efforts, we’re strengthening communities and helping children become tomorrow’s leaders.
