- Hurricanes Irma and Maria caused billions of dollars in damage to Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico’s government estimated it would need $132 billion from 2018 through 2028 to repair and replace the infrastructure damaged by the hurricanes.

Maestro Cares Foundation partnered with Daddy Yankee to restore the YMCA's Jaime Luis González Inclán Sports Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The new state-of-the-art facility offers vulnerable youth a place to play sports like basketball, tennis, and soccer and hosts a variety of community events. It is also a Hurricane Resiliency Center, a crucial service for a community which has yet to recover from the natural disasters that have devastated the island.
The YMCA is a leading non-profit organization committed to strengthening individuals and communities across the country. Their mission promotes health of body, mind, and spirit.
