Casa Hogar Alegría Guadalajara

Maestro Cares Foundation, in partnership for a second project with Fundación Telmex-Telcel, funded the construction of Casa Hogar Alegría’s (CHA) orphanage in Guadalajara, Mexico. This state-of-the-art facility provides a safe, nurturing environment for up to 70 orphaned girls, from infants to 15 years old, offering them a loving and supportive home, focusing on their personal development through comfort, encouragement, and support.

The home features dormitories, computer labs, recreational areas, dining spaces, a kitchen, a chapel, and multipurpose rooms. Beyond meeting their basic needs, the facility provides engaging workshops and recreational activities that promote independence, responsibility, and self-confidence.

By equipping these girls with essential resources and opportunities, CHA aims to empower them to become positive contributors to their communities and agents of change.

Changing Lives, Building Dreams.

The Maestro Cares Foundation improves the quality of life of disadvantaged children and communities in Latin America and the United States. We do so by providing housing, educational programming, and the essential resources to support their growth and development. Through our efforts, we’re strengthening communities and helping children become tomorrow’s leaders.
