2020 was not an easy year for anyone. While COVID-19 rates continued to climb across the world, our team came together to provide life changing opportunities for children and adolescents across Latin America and the United States. We are pleased to announce the recipients of the Maestro Cares Foundation Scholarship Program! Each recipient demonstrated leadership and determination, and it is an honor to invest in their future.

#OurChildren Around the World: Costa Rica  

The ongoing economic crisis brought on by COVID-19 has left many women and families without income, pushing them further into vulnerable situations leading to violence, confinement and abuse. January is #NationalHuman Trafficking Awareness month, and we’re highlighting our partnership with Face of Justice to shine a light on the injustices women and children around the world face as survivors of human trafficking. Through our partnership, we will help save the lives of at-risk children and adolescents from being trafficked. Season of smiles and laughter!

Our holidays looked a little different this year, but that didn’t stop us from bringing essential items and memorable experiences for our children across our projects this past holiday season. 

Thanks to your donations and support, we provided necessary winter gear, school supplies, food, and even a recreational field day for our children to form an experience they will never forget.
